Shipping Information

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We use all shipping options, this FAQ just summarizes, but mainly we Canada Post or DHL, depending on location.

For some locations in the GTA, and depending on the volume of deliveries for that week, we will be self-delivering.  We are working on a logistic-transportation unit. Due to the free shipping option, expect minimum 7 days for delivery.

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

We stock 80% of products listed on our store with ETA within 7-10 days within Canada. An email will inform of expected delivery timeline and method of delivery. If any delays are expected, an email will give reasons and expected ETA

Please understand that we try our best to keep delivery time as less as possible. If something happened to your delivery, please inform us and we’ll look into it.

How Do I Track My Order?

For DHL and Canadapost, the tracking number will be provided. Some items in GTA are delivered by our in-house team, depending on location distance.  An email will say the date and time of delivery, followed by a call if necessary.

Do I Need A Account To Place Order?

Although an account is not needed to place an order, it is best to sign-up for an account to place an order.

As a guest checkout for order, if there is a mistake on the delivery address, or questions regarding the order and no contact number or information was left on our web-store for contact, there will be delays.  If you haven’t received your order after 10 days, please contact us.

What warranty is provided?

Full manufacturer warranty is provided by technologyStore.ca for all products listed.  This FAQ section is brief, so please refer to returns and exchange policy in footer for further details accordingly or email sales@technologyStore.ca for clarification.

Is my order payment secured on this site?

We use PayPal for processing all payments.  We DO NOT store or collect any credit card information on this web store.  Any payment information entered is entered  and processed under PayPal’s secured web-form

Is this website using dropshipping?

No. We are not a Drop-shipping eCommerce store.  We try to keep at least 80% products listed on this site in-house for immediate delivery.

Our aim is wholesale distribution.

What payment methods is accepted?

A preferred method is e-transfer bank-bank.  However, PayPal and Credit cards via PayPal processing are also accepted.

Do you provide any support for products sold?

Extremely Yes. We are vendor certified for 80% of the Network products listed and will provide configuration and support for network products listed.  Please email us accordingly or see Services section for further details. Our support service and contracts fall under MICCA Solutions which is our project team.
