Return and Exchange Guide

Thanks for purchasing our products at https://technologystore.ca.

In order to be eligible for a return and exchange, you have to return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.  We are flexible and understanding, and have offered full returns over 14 day period, in gift situations that may have been purchased early. e are small and very personal, and try to offer our customers good service, so let’s work together for easy seamless returns. 

For any return and exchange, if the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a full refund.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product(s) you received are incorrect or damaged on arrival, please take pictures immediately on receipt of package and send in your request for return and exchange.  We only sell new products and if for some reason a refund is needed, we will evaluate and refund accordingly.

If the product is used, open or box damaged, we will not refund in full.  After we have received the item(s), we will determine the re-sale ability and offer a 25% re-stocking fee. We are aiming to offer full refund no matter the cause, but at this time, we have no choice.  We do however assess on a case-by-case basis, and because we offer a personalized service, we will fairly look into each situation.  We are technical, electronic engineers, and we can assess return and exchange cases before sending for manufacturers warranty.  Under circumstances, we have assessed and offered full refund, but we cannot guarantee you in every case.


We offer 100% in-house immediate replacement for any core products that we represent. That means, we do the warranty replacement as soon as possible and in any emergency, immediately, with assistance if needed.

For the gadgets and everyday  personal use items, we will also do the replacement, but we cannot do a paid return due to the low cost of the items and the already free shipping/delivery.  Please understand and support us still, so we may grow financially to offer paid returns.

Warranty for any product is one year, unless otherwise stated on the product page.  During the warranty period, we will replace/repair at no charge, for parts or services for any product that proves defective based on proper usage recommended by the manufacturer.

For any return and exchange under the specified allowed time of 14 calendar day, we will fully refund or exchange accordingly.

Warranty for products are limited and as specified on manufacturers website and does not cover conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.

Since we stock most of our product in-house, we have the habit of immediately replacing any product covered under warranty as quick as we possible can. Once returns and exchange is verified, we will send a notification email of confirmation of replacement  or refund.

We will not accept under warranty or under our return and exchange policy, any product caused by damaged from negligence, unauthorized  modification of the product, damaged caused by natural disaster, or theft or loss of the product.
